Our work with local restaurants like The Willows and John F's gave us an introduction to the riskier side, forcing us to ask "How do single, local restaurants attract and keep customers through changing times and changing tastes?"
Our work with Cini-Little International introduced us to clients whose captive restaurants—at the HIlton or on the Queen Mary—cannot fail because success (although not necessarily good food) is embedded in the venue.
